Can packages be shared?
Yes — packages can be shared between spouses or immediate family members. If you'd like to share a membership with a family member, you can do so for an additional $50/month. Just let us know if you'd like to add someone on!

Do memberships automatically renew?
Yes - unlimited memberships require 6 months commitment. To cancel your membership, we require 30 days written notice (email). We have also recently added a single month unlimited that does not automatically renew.

Are there any age restrictions?
Yes - you must be 16 years or older to use our saunas. For cold plunge, Normatec, and spray tans a guardian must be present for those 16 and younger.

Do I need to pay when I book?
Yes - a valid credit card is required for booking. The card will be charged for late cancellation or a no show.

How far out do I have to cancel if I cant make my booking?
You must cancel 2 hours in advance of your booking or you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

What is your no show fee?

Do you have showers?
We wish!! Unfortunately we didn’t have the space to add showers.

Do you do group bookings?
Yes! Give us a call or shoot us an email for pricing and availability.

Do you have gift cards?
Yes - come on in or give us a call in order to purchase gift cards. We can also mail then out if you are out of town buying for someone here in Crozet.

What else do you sell at RESET?
We have a variety of retail items including athletic clothing, RESET hats and sweatshirts, spray tan lotions, candles, hair ties, dry brushes, water bottles, ice rollers, bath bombs and more…Great gifts!

What kind of drinks do you have for sale?
Boxed water, Olipop, Recess, Clean Juice., Kin, LMNT.

How do I add a plus one to my sauna or cold plunge booking?
Just bring them in - we can add your plus one onto your appointment when you get here. $10 for a sauna +1 and $5 for a cold plunge +1. (Limit of one +1 per sauna session, 2 per cold plunge)

Do you accept returns on merchandise?
We will accept merchandise and apparel for a return within 14 days of purchase date. Clothing must be unworn, and boxes/tags must be intact. After 14 days we are happy to offer a merchandise credit for unworn/unopened items.

What is the difference between Cold Plunge room 1 and Cold Plunge room 2
The temperature of the water is different. Room 1 is a little warmer than room 2 as the water is kept around 40-50 degrees. Room 2 the water is colder and kept around 30-40 degrees.

What do you recommend for sauna beginners?
Start with booking a 30 minute session and just stay in only as long as you are feeling good. Open up the door to cool off and get water as much as you need to. If you feel at all dizzy or lightheaded get out and grab some water. Electrolytes are also a great idea to rehydrate.

How does the contrast room work?
You’ll have 45 minutes in the room to use however you'd like — whether that's plunging first and then using the sauna, alternating between the two, or simply using the sauna for extra space. We just ask that you do your best to keep the sauna and floor as dry as possible.
If you'd like to bring guests, you’re welcome to have up to two additional people join you for $15 per person.
All Access members and Sauna + Plunge members have automatic booking access to the Contrast Room.

Can I book the contrast room if I am not an a member?
Yes — you can book the Contrast Room for $50 per 45-minute session. If you have a Sauna Only or Plunge Only membership, you can still access the Contrast Room for an additional fee of $10 per session for sauna members or $20 per session for plunge members.

What is the expiration date for packages?
3 Months for sessions and packages from date of purchase.

My 10 pack has expired, can I extend it?
While we’d love to extend every membership indefinitely, our packages are set to expire after three months to keep prices as affordable as possible. However, we do offer a one-time extension of an additional month for a $10 fee.
